Return Process

  Log into your Chicnutrix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Package the Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original eco-friendly packaging.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Select your preferred time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or download a prepaid shipping label to drop it off at a nearby location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
